What this website collects

This website has no forms and does not ask you for any personal details. It does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising pixels or social media trackers.

Our hosting provider, Hostinger, keeps standard server logs, which normally include IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser type. These are used for security and troubleshooting.

When you call or message us

If you call us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and whatever you choose to tell us. We use these details to answer your questions, share prices, plans and availability, and arrange a site visit.

If you decide to go ahead, we share your details with the developer’s sales team so that they can process your enquiry or booking. We do not sell your details or pass them to unrelated third parties for marketing.

WhatsApp messages are also handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.

Services you choose to open

• Google Maps. The interactive map is loaded only when you press “Load interactive map”. From that point Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy.
• External links, such as the UP RERA website, are governed by their own policies.

How long we keep your details

We keep the details you give us by phone or WhatsApp for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and we delete them when you ask us to.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what details we hold about you, to correct them, to delete them, or to stop contacting you. Call +91 95408 04343 or message us on WhatsApp at +91 93437 27374 and we will act on your request.
