Ask whether it still applies to the unit you choose, and get the payment schedule in writing.

The launch note gives possession for Phase 2 in 2028.
The dates that count are those in the RERA registration and your agreement for sale.

What each price will relate to
Ask for the price of a specific home type. Phase 2 sizes are approximate super areas; Phase 1 sizes are carpet areas from the brochure.

Before you pay anything
- Ask for a written cost sheet for your chosen home that lists every charge, not only the basic price.
- Check the project on the UP RERA website using registration no. UPRERAPRJ3122.
- The developer’s brochure states that all payments are to be made in favour of “M/s K. V. Developers Pvt. Ltd. – Collection Account”. Confirm the account details with the developer and do not pay into a personal account.
- Rely on the agreement for sale for the final price, payment schedule and possession date.
