Answers about Vāyu @ KVD Windpark and its Phase 2 launch, Symphony: price, possession, RERA, location, home sizes and amenities.
What is Symphony?
Symphony is the name this website uses for the Phase 2 launch at Vāyu @ KVD Windpark: two towers, T4 and T5, with 3, 3.5 and 4.5 BHK homes. Phase 1 of the same project covers Towers 1, 2 and 3.
Is KVD Windpark the same as KVD Wind Park?
Yes. The name is written both ways. The full name in the developer’s brochure is Vāyu @ KVD Windpark, a project by ReaRCo. Symphony is the Phase 2 launch within it.
Is Greater Noida West the same as Noida Extension?
Yes. Greater Noida West is commonly called Noida Extension. KVD Windpark is in Tech Zone-IV of Greater Noida West.
Where is the project located?
The project is at Plot No. DV-GH09B, Tech Zone-IV, Greater Noida (West), Uttar Pradesh, on the 130 metre wide Noida–Greater Noida Link Road. The brochure places it about 3 minutes’ drive from Ek Murti Chowk and 7 minutes from Char Murti / Kisan Chowk.
What home sizes are available in Phase 2?
Three options are listed in the launch note, as approximate super areas: 3 BHK + 3 toilets (approx. 1,781 sq. ft.), 3 BHK + 4 toilets + servant room (approx. 1,970 sq. ft.) and 4 BHK + 5 toilets + servant room (approx. 2,713 sq. ft.). Ask us for the RERA carpet area of each.
What are the prices?
Prices are not published on this website. Call or WhatsApp us and we will share the current price list and payment plan.
Is there a payment plan or home loan?
The launch note mentions a 40:60 payment plan for the first few units with home loans, and home loans from SBI and Punjab & Sind Bank. Loan approval and terms are decided by the lender.
When is possession expected?
The launch note gives possession in 2028. Please check the completion date recorded in the RERA registration and in your agreement for sale, which are the dates that count.
What is the RERA registration number?
The project RERA registration number printed on the developer’s brochure is UPRERAPRJ3122. You can verify the registration and approved plans on the UP RERA website, up-rera.in.
Who is the developer?
Vāyu @ KVD Windpark is a project by ReaRCo (Real Estate Asset Resolution Company).
Is this the developer’s official website?
No. This website is operated by an authorised channel partner for the project, UP RERA agent registration no. UPRERAAGT26447. It is not the official website of the developer.
How many towers does KVD Windpark have?
The developer’s brochure refers to Towers 1 to 7. On this website Phase 1 means Towers 1, 2 and 3, and Phase 2 (Symphony) means Towers 4 and 5. The brochure also lists 2 BHK homes in Towers 6 and 7.
What is the total area of the project?
The Phase 2 launch note gives the total project area as 5 acres.
Are 2 BHK homes available at KVD Windpark?
The brochure lists a 2 BHK + 2 toilets layout, Type 997, in Towers 6 and 7 with a carpet area of 51.85 sq. m. Ask us about current availability.
What are the carpet areas in Phase 1?
The brochure gives 81.02 to 82.76 sq. m. for the 3 BHK Type 1505 and 65.45 to 66.15 sq. m. for the 3 BHK Type 1245. Room-by-room sizes are on the floor plans page.
What amenities does KVD Windpark have?
The brochure lists a half Olympic length swimming pool, gymnasium, jogging track, basketball / multipurpose court, kids’ play area, skating rink, amphitheatre, clubhouse, a shrine and meditation garden, and the ReaRCo SkyVilla. Phase 2 adds a separate top-floor clubhouse with an infinity pool for Towers 4 and 5.
What construction method is used in Phase 2?
The launch note states Mivan construction on a podium-based layout, with 12 ft floor-to-floor height and three homes per floor served by three lifts.
Is there a metro station near KVD Windpark?
The brochure’s location map marks proposed metro stations nearby, including one at Ek Murti Chowk. They are shown as proposed, not operational.
Which schools are near KVD Windpark?
The brochure names The Shriram Universal School, Pacific World School, Sarvottam International School, Ryan International School and JM International School within about 5 minutes’ walk.
Who should payments be made to?
The developer’s brochure states that all payments are to be made in favour of “M/s K. V. Developers Pvt. Ltd. – Collection Account”. Confirm the account details with the developer and do not pay into a personal account.
How do I book a site visit?

Which towers are in Phase 1?
On this website Phase 1 refers to Towers 1, 2 and 3 of Vāyu @ KVD Windpark. Phase 2, presented here as Symphony, is Towers 4 and 5.
What do ‘Type 1505’ and ‘Type 1245’ mean?
They are the developer’s names for the two Phase 1 unit types. They are not carpet areas. The carpet areas printed in the brochure are 81.02–82.76 sq. m. for Type 1505 and 65.45–66.15 sq. m. for Type 1245.
Are the floor plans final?
The plans shown are from the developer’s brochure, which states that the approved map is available at the project site and on the UP RERA website. Please rely on the approved plan and your agreement for sale.
